Winning Project Runway Designer Selling Shoes, Makeup, and Coffee?

Christian Siriano Makeup for Victoria's Secret, Victoria's Secret
Christian Siriano released a shoe line in partnership with Payless Shoes and also a makeup collection with Victoria's Secret. More products are coming this Christmas.

Christian Siriano became the youngest winner of Project Runway during season 4 and at only 23 years old he continues to rock the fashion world today. Having interned at Vivienne Westwood and worked for Alexander McQueen in London, Christian's rise to fame on Project Runway seemed like destiny.

The talented young designer became a fan favorite and his hallmark phrases "fierce" and "hot tranny mess" became legendary. According to Christian Siriano's website, Tim Gunn stated in a Newsday interview about Christian, "He really is the next great American fashion designer, I'm confident of it."

Christian is working hard to achieve Tim Gunn's statement and is releasing several product lines this fall. Beginning with a makeup line for Victoria's Secret, Christian continues with a shoe line for Payless and a book later this year. Of greatest curiosity is a rumored partnership with Starbucks that will be announced in November.

Victoria's Secret Christian Siriano Collection Launched in August

Christian Siriano created his debut makeup collection for Victoria's Secret and according to his website the makeup shades are inspired by ancient Egypt and compliment the colors in his Fall line. The makeup features a black ruffled makeup bag, eyeliner, lip gloss, eye shadow, bronzer, and bronzer brush. Retailing from $12-$18, the products became available in August at Victoria's Secret nationwide and are available for purchase online.

Payless Christian Siriano Collection Launched in September

Christian Siriano releases his fierce fashion by designing a clutch, pumps, flats, boots, and peep-toes for Payless stores. The shoes and clutch come in a rich brown lizard-print are depending on the product are either constructed of leather or a man-made material. Several shoe designs are offered in a printed satin that is reminiscent of Tiffany blue. The products became available this month are now available for purchase online from $24.99-$49.99.

Additionally, in December Christian will launch a holiday collection.

Chrisitan Siriano Book Fierce Style to Release in October

Christian Siriano will also release his first book Fierce Style: How to be Your Most Fabulous Self in October of this year. The book will cover his rise to fashion fame and will include new stories, sketches, behind the scenes photos. The book is currently available for pre-order from Amazon.

Starbuck's Christian Siriano Collection? Coming in November

The next announcement from Christian will come November 17th when he announces a holiday collaboration with Starbuck's. Rumors are flying as to what the product will be, possibly a fierce fashion-forward coffee cup sleeve? Or, is Christian redesigning the uniforms to give the employees a more fashionable attire?

Regardless of what Christian makes for Starbucks, it's likely to be fun and innovative based on his success this far. With his upcoming book, Christian will share tips on having personal style and achieving fierce self-confidence. Christian Siriano is quickly becoming a well-known designer and is working with leading brands like Payless, Victoria's Secret, and Starbucks. Christian Siriano is living up to Tim Gunn's expectations and is becoming a powerful brand.
