The Girls Next Door on E! star Kendra Wilkinson may have moved out of the playboy mansion, but she hasn't moved out of the public eye. Recently, fans learned that Kendra, also known as K Dub is getting her own reality television show on E! However, the show will be a far cry from The Girls Next Door.
K Dub Goes Conservative
Season 5 of The Girls Next Door on E! has shown a change in one of Hugh Hefner's girlfriends. Kendra Wilkinson, most known for her on screen antics including flashing, swearing, toilet papering the Playboy neighborhood in Holmby Hills and her notorious drunk Vegas nights out, has come out of the conservative closet.
Could it be that her engagement to football player Hank Baskett has inspired this change?
Season 5 Kendra Covers Up
This season on The Girls Next Door don't expect to see Kendra boozing it up in Las Vegas as in previous seasons. Starting from the very first episode, House Bunnies, Kendra attempts to hide her assets. This is what you won't see from Kendra this season:
- Excessive Flashing: Kendra still knows how to have a good time, but don't expect her to get full frontal anytime soon. In episode 14, Happy Birthday Anastasia, Kendra declines to dress up like a bar maid from the old west and opts instead to where a cowboy costume.
- Excessive Drinking: We know Kendra for her excessive drinking. This seasons, don't expect to see drunk oops comments. In fact, in Happy Birthday Anastasia, Kendra declined to stay and drink with Anastasia, going to bed early instead!
Additionally, Kendra has stated in interviews with People Magazine that she no longer supports Hugh Hefner's three girlfriend lifestyle, despite the fact that she and Hank will be getting married at the Playboy Mansion in June.
Kendra Breaks Into Reality TV
Due to the success of The Girls Next Door, Kendra has been offered her own reality television show to premiere on E! The show will be all about Kendra living on her own, learning how to clean and cook without maids and servants, and married life. The show will portray a different side of Hugh Hefner's ex - a kind of Kendra meets 1950's homemaker.
Kendra Tones it Down for Now
For now, K Dub aka Kendra Wilkinson is toning it down. Besides her claims that she does not support Hef's outlandish lifestyle, she also says she would need to have a big talk with fiance Hank Baskett before she ever posed for playboy again.
