Top Chef 5 Finale Hosea and Leah Back Together?

Top Chef 5: New York is officially over. The winner, Hosea, has been a source of controversy and fodder this season for his kiss with fellow cheftestant Leah. Find out what happened in the finale episodes of Top Chef 5 and how Leah reacted when Hosea was named the winner.
Top Chef 5 Finale Part One
In part one of the Top Chef 5 finale, the show offered up a little twist. Instead of the four finalists, Carla, Stefa, Hosea and Fabio competing in a quickfire to determine the top three, three former cheftestants came back to duke it out for a spot in the finale. Jamie, Jeff and Hosea's close friend Leah, returned for a quickfire.
Hosea mentioned that Leah's return was a little awkward. During the quickfire, Leah tried to keep her eyes off of Hosea, but it was obvious there was a nervous tension between the two.
After a quick battle over crayfish, Jeff won a chance to get back in the game. Unfortunately, there was a catch. He had to win the challenge to stay in the game.
After a competitive challenge, Carla beat out the boys and her soul food ultimately won the day - and won Carla a brand new car. Unfortunately, Jeff was sent home for a second time and so was the beloved Italian Stallion, Fabio.
Finale Part Two
In a blog about his controversial kiss with Leah, Hosea made it clear the two were just friends. However, when Leah left the show right before the finale, Hosea said that he had someone else to win the contest for, Leah!
And win he did! After getting two distinct advantages (getting to pick his sous chef, former Top Chef contestant Richard Blais and winning the baby in the Kings Cake and making Stephan cook with alligator), Hosea's dishes came out consistent, with only one major flop (his sashimi dish).
The After Party
After Padma announced the Top Chef 5: New York winner Hosea, all the chefs from the finale episode met with one another to offer condolences and congratulations. Jamie hugged Carla and Leah hugged Hosea.
But they did more then just hug! At the very end of the episode - Leah and Hosea are in an embrace and deep lip lock. Was that tongue with that congratulations kiss?
Hosea admitted that he and his girlfriend broke it off after he returned from New York. But what about Leah? In her interview with E! Leah says that she and her boyfriend are still together, despite the kiss.
Could it be that they broke it off before the finale?
No matter what happens with Top Chef Season 5 resident lovebirds, it is clear from their second kiss in the season finale that we haven't heard the end of Hose and Leah!
